We would like to inform you of recent legislative developments affecting business aviation.
The Budget Law for 2025 announces a number of measures aimed at raising taxes on business aviation, including a significant rise to the passenger tax on airline tickets,
This measure will be effective from 1 March 2025, including already contracted flights.
The tax on business aircraft has been raised
This applies to all aircraft with 19 or less seats departing from a French airport, whether or not they are registered in France, and whether or not they land in France.

This applies to all aircraft above 20 seats departing from a French airport, whether or not they are registered in France, and whether or not they land in France

How this will affect you
These new tax measures mean a significant increase in the costs associated with aviation. It is therefore essential to be informed of these changes, which will have a considerable cost impact.
For flights already contracted, we will send you a message indicating the additional cost.
For future flights, we'll tell you exactly how much the tax will be.
