Leading up to your flight, your GOODWILL representative manages all of the flight planning formalities for you (flight scheduling, coordination with ground handling services, catering orders, transmission of the passenger manifest, any specific authorization requests if necessary ...).

During the operation, GOODWILL oversees check-in and boarding, provides you with real time flight movement information enabling you to synchronize your operation and is available 24/7. After the flight, you will receive a flight report and all feedback is scrupulously evaluated.
